“Travel to Georgia 2010” is excited to open a new position for young and ambitious talents to fill the following position: Café Shop Assistant

Job Summary

• The main job of Café Shop Employee is to provide assistance to customers, up sell and ensure a high level of satisfaction among customers
• The role also covers stocking shelves, handling inventory, managing cash points and providing suggestions to customers on what to choose
• Create an outstanding customer experience throughout establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return

• Assist the Café Shop Lead and department manager in achieving sales and profit goals established for the department, and control all established quality assurance standards

Qualification Required & Experience

• Languages English MUST, Russian preferable
• Possessing exceptional customer service skills, motivation, positive attitude, smile
• Knowledge of handling cash carefully
• Essential culinary/bar experience
• Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and
appreciated by answering questions regarding sold products
• Attentive and ability to follow oral and written instructions

Location: Near Batumi (Transportation provided by Company)
