Company Representative/ Tour Guide

Role responsibilities:
- greet the guests after arrival and assist them during the transfer to the hotel
- being main point of contact during guests stay in the destination
- assisting the clients in their requests
- Professional presenting and effective selling of local tours and excursions - reporting the sales on weekly basis
- assisting the clients with return transfer to the airport
- liaise with hotels
- resolving all potential issues and problems

We are looking for:
- minimum 1 year of experience being a representative of a Tour operator in the holiday destinations
- effective sales person
- fluent English and preferably Arabic speaker
- open minded personality
- dynamic and well organized
- can do attitude
- able to work without supervision
- high level of responsibility
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word; Excel)
