We are looking for experienced Sales Negotiators to work within our busy and successful Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales achieving targets and can actively demonstrate the ability to build relationships with customers and meet our customers’ high service expectations.
Job Detail
Actively promote EKA Properties services; included and not limited to Sales and Leasing
Keep up-to-date with the UAE real estate market locally and Internationally
Reporting on a daily basis to the Line Manager
Participating in daily team meetings
Managing a database of qualified sellers, and maintaining regular contact
Actively seek business opportunities, properties and developments
Contacting and answering calls of prospecting clients, professionally and politely
Booking valuations
Arranging viewings
Negotiating offers
Undertaking comprehensive marketing updates with sellers
Working with conveyancer’s to complete sale transactions
